Hello all:
Well, I was selected as one of three finalists to interview for a job in the Whitehouse....yup! The Whitehouse. I had to go down for an interview and the family came along for the trip. The interview was on Thurs and Monday morning I got a call from my assignment officer....I was selected. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT....I will be working in the Whitehouse! We are very excited and are looking forward to the job.
Anyhow, while we were there, we got to do some cool things. We walked around town one afternoon and saw some of the monuments. We also went to the "National aquarium". I think there are more fish at Petco, but regardless, the kids had fun. The last thing we did was visit the Smithsonian air and space museum. That was great. The last photo is the morning after the trip. Big brother taking care of his tired little sister!
